Ghosted: Nobody Can See You
“Everyone has to ignore you for 1 round. Anyone who acknowledges you must down half their drink. 👻”
Ghosted flips the usual forfeit round on its head. You're not the one who has to do something — everyone else is. For one full round, the table has to act like you don't exist: no answering, no eye contact, no laughing at whatever you say. The catch sits with them, not you. The second anyone slips and acknowledges you, they're the one drinking half a glass.
At a real table this turns into a small siege. The ghosted player goes on the offensive fast — cracking jokes, doing a voice, asking someone directly where the darts have gone. Everyone else studies their pint like it's fascinating, determined not to be the one who cracks. It rarely lasts a full round in silence. Someone always answers on reflex, usually to a plain question rather than a joke, and the table turns on them.
The move that actually works is asking something people can't help but answer without thinking — "whose go is it" catches more people than any impression will. On the other side of it, the safest response is a shrug at most, never a word. Agree what "one round" means before the dart's even thrown; everyone has a different idea of when it ends, and that argument alone can break someone's nerve first.
Ghosted sits out in the 4th Circle, one of twenty wedges on the board's outer ring, so it's not a wedge that turns up every five minutes. When it does land, it's one of the harder ones to sit through quietly — being ignored on purpose stings more than most people expect.
18+ on the Party side. Every forfeit swaps for a sip or a dare, and the pub-safe Social side skips the booze entirely.
